Manena Gonzalez is a certified teacher in Vinyasa Yoga since 2001. Her mission is to help others recognize, accept and love who they are thru their yoga practice.  Manena personally has been in the path of meditation since the early age of 10 guided by her grandparents who raised her. She discovered the power to live and enjoy the present moment, that forgiveness sets us free and the pace with which we breathe is the pace at which we live our lives. Manena seeks to empower her clients to live in their ultimate expression of joy, freedom and peace.

Thai Yoga Body Work

Thai Yoga Body Work is an ancient healing art technique that incorporates assisted yoga, relaxation, stretching and body alignment. Relief will emerge feeling revitalized and balanced. The technique of Thai origin is strongly influenced by the traditions of India, its neighbor, basically using stretching techniques combined with techniques of pressure on the muscles to be treated. This technique also known as Yoga-Thai massage is very effective in the gradual opening of the body, increasing mobility and flexibility, and reducing body tension, and thus increasing good circulation and energy to body tissues. It can contribute in improving posture. Thai massage is a unique and great potential in the field of wellness therapy.
